We currently do not ship. We will drive to a certain point to help you in the pick-up of your new baby, but a fee for this applies and must be paid upfront. We accept USPS postal money orders only for deposits. Please do not send cash through the mail! Cash may be used at pick-up only. If you send cash through the mail we are not liable--YOU are. After you send your deposit (USPS postal money order ONLY) the balance for your baby can be paid for via credit card for your convenience. We accept all 4 major credit cards.
A set deposit is required to hold your baby. I'll reserve your hedgie (by placing on hold )for 3 days pending deposit. However, if your deposit doesn't reach me within 4 days I will have to take the hold off him/her. I reserve the right to return the hedgehog baby back on the available list unless you and I have communicated to make other arrangements. Also, if your baby hedgehog is not picked up within 2 weeks from the date we notify you that your baby is weaned and ready to go, and you do not communicate with us, you will lose your deposit and the baby will be offered to the next person on the reserve/waiting list. If you pay in full for your baby then we will hold your pet for 2 weeks to inable you to schedule a pick-up. If paid in full, your baby will not be offered to the next person on the reserve/waiting list as long as you stay in contact with us. If, at any time, you find you do not want or cannot care for your hedgehog any longer we will take the animal back into our family fold and will either care for it permanently or find it another home using the same care for placement as we do when adopting out our babies. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any compensation for your animal.
Release Form:
Everyone who adopts a hedgehog from us must sign a release form upon pick-up. This is mandatory. Once baby is paid for you will be issued a receipt for your purchase and a copy of the release form you signed. If you have any questions please let us know.
